TrueCeliac

A flagship initiative we support through grants, TrueCeliac, is dedicated to revolutionizing gluten-free living for individuals with severe celiac disease. TrueCeliac focuses on developing food products that contain absolutely no gluten, providing a safe and trusted option for those with severe sensitivities. Additionally, TrueCeliac is pioneering the development of a specialized food wash designed to remove gluten from foods, effectively decontaminating them and ensuring their safety for consumption.

Gluten Sniffing Dogs

Another innovative approach supported by The Celiac Pet Project is the training and deployment of gluten detection dogs.
